2. Menu and Meal Components

 

    • Each meal typically includes a Dal, two rotis, a curry, and rice. However, the menu and meal components are subject to change at our discretion without prior notice.

        • While we strive for consistency, the only guaranteed components in each meal are:

            • Dal.

            • Curry(may be a second different type of dal).

            • Rice.

            • Rotis.

    • Images of meals displayed on our platform or in promotional materials are AI-generated and for illustrative purposes only. They may not represent the actual product.

 

3. Order Modification and Cancellation

 

    • We reserve the right to modify or cancel orders at any time and under any circumstances, including but not limited to supply chain issues, operational constraints, or 

     unforeseen events without prior notice.

    • If an order is canceled on our end, a refund will be issued only for the specific meal components that were not delivered on the scheduled day. Refunds for longer-term plans     

    (e.g., weekly or monthly subscriptions) will not cover other days unless explicitly canceled.

 

4. Pick-Up Policies

 

    • All meals must be picked up during the designated pick-up time and at the designated pick-up location.

    • Pick-up times and locations are subject to change at our discretion without prior notice. Customers are responsible for checking the “Pick Up Information” page on our website for the latest updates.

    • If a customer fails to pick up their meal during the specified pick-up time, no refund or alternative pick-up will be provided.

    • In the event that a designated pick-up location is unavailable, we will make an effort to provide an alternative location nearby. However, we reserve the right to cancel the pick-up. In such cases:

        • A full refund will be provided for the specific items scheduled for that day.

        • No refunds will be issued for remaining days in any ongoing plans.

 

5. Customer Communication

 

     By purchasing any product from Food From Mom LLC, you agree to receive emails, text messages, and other forms of communication from us. These communications may 

     include, but are not limited to:

 

        • Order confirmations and updates.

        • Notifications regarding pick-up locations, times, and changes.

        • Changes or cancellations to orders or schedules.

        • Promotional offers, discounts, and new product announcements.

        • Surveys, feedback requests, or other forms of customer engagement.

 

     Customers may opt out of all communications, including promotional and transactional messages, by contacting us directly or following the opt-out instructions provided in the messages. However, opting out of transactional communications may limit our ability to notify customers of updates related to orders and logistics, and customers will remain responsible for checking the “Pick Up Information” page on our website for the latest updates.

 

6. Returns and Refund Policy

      • All sales are final, and returns are not accepted. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept any returns under any circumstances.

     Refunds will only be issued for:

        • Orders canceled by Food From Mom LLC.

        • Items undelivered due to circumstances on our end.

     

     For customers with plans longer than a daily plan (e.g., weekly or monthly subscriptions):

        • Refunds will be issued only for the specific meal(s) scheduled for pick-up on the day that was canceled by us.

        • Refunds will not cover any other days of the plan that were not affected by the cancellation.

     

     Refunds will not be issued for:

        • Missed pick-ups by the customer.

        • Changes to meal components or menu substitutions.

 

     If customers have unique circumstances for which they are seeking a refund, they should contact us via email or phone. These requests will be reviewed and handled on a 

     case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Food From Mom LLC.

 

7. Disclaimer

 

    • Food From Mom LLC is not liable for any inconvenience caused by changes to the menu, pick-up location adjustments, or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances.

 

    • While we will make an effort to notify customers of changes via email or text, the “Pick Up Information” page on our website is the official and most up-to-date source for details regarding pick-up logistics, and the “Menu” page is the official and most up-to-date source for any changes to the menu. Customers are responsible for regularly checking these pages to stay informed.

 

8. Force Majeure

 

     We are not responsible for delays, interruptions, or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.
